Retire from the throne: Kickback time with Delilah Pitaya Acai Bowl

Working hard, getting busy, that’s why the bare nessesites lifestyle works the best for me. Often I come back from a run or going some place and the last thing you want to do is make dinner. Instead of getting take out, eating plant based and vegan is not only WAY healthier, but it’s also convinent, and easy, and you don’t have to clean up after a meat-smelling pan. Ahh…even just that feels like a great relief! So the other day, feeling never less like a queen I had for lunch…. image image image

Delilah Pitaya Acai Bowl

Blend:

1 pitaya frozen smoothie pack

1/2 of a banana 

2 tbs. of pineapple juice 
Toppings:

1 sliced banana 

3 sliced figs

A handful of goji berries

A handful of walnuts

A sprinkle of hempseeds

A sprinkle of bee pollen

1/2 cup of sliced strawberries

1/2 cup of blueberries

In your blender, blend the pitaya, banana, and juice together until well incorporated, put in a bowl, then set aside. Chop up the figs, berries and bananas, and top them on, then eat! See you in heaven!
